What Legacy Vault helps you keep together

Legacy Vault can be used to organize a wide range of important information, including estate planning documents, insurance records, emergency contacts, medical directives, property details, personal instructions, and other records your loved ones may need access to in the future.

Instead of leaving critical information spread across multiple locations, Legacy Vault gives you one secure place to keep it all together.

Why people use it

Even when the right legal documents are in place, the surrounding information is often not.

Loved ones may still be left searching for paperwork, trying to locate account details, sorting through personal instructions, or guessing about important preferences during stressful moments.

Legacy Vault helps reduce that burden by making it easier to organize what matters now, so it is easier to find later.

A thoughtful companion to estate planning

Legacy Vault is not a substitute for legal advice or estate planning documents, but it can be a valuable companion to the planning process.

If you are working with an attorney or using an online estate planning platform, Legacy Vault gives you a secure place to store and organize the information that often goes along with those documents, from supporting records to personal notes and practical next-step details.

If you also need notarization support for powers of attorney, advance directives, trusts, or related estate planning documents, Onyx Notary & Apostille offers both mobile and in-office appointments in Wheaton, including hospital visits when needed.

Who it may be helpful for

Legacy Vault may be a good fit for individuals and families who want to be more organized, more prepared, and more intentional about how important information is stored and shared.

This may include people who are:

• Creating or updating an estate plan

• Caring for aging parents

• Organizing emergency information

• Preparing health directives or powers of attorney

• Trying to make things simpler for loved ones in the future

How it works

After purchase, you will receive an email with next-step instructions and access information so you can begin setting up your Legacy Vault.

You can build it out at your own pace and update it over time as your documents, preferences, and life circumstances evolve.
